ForwardWins

Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026 · Effective July 5, 2026

The short version: You can cancel Full Access anytime in one tap from App Settings. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Full Access until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. We do not refund a month that has already started, and we do not prorate, except where the law requires it. Your legal rights where you live still apply.

1. What this policy covers

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel the paid Full Access plan on ForwardWins, what happens when you do, and how refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service. The free plan has no billing, so there is nothing to cancel, and you can delete a free account at any time (see Section 6). ForwardWins is operated by Onramp Consulting LLC, and you can reach us at info@forwardwins.com.

2. How to cancel

Cancelling is self-serve: no phone call, no email chain, and no retention maze.

  1. Open ForwardWins and go to App Settings.
  2. Under your subscription (Full Access), tap Manage billing.
  3. In the secure billing portal that opens, choose Cancel plan and confirm.

That is it. You will see confirmation on screen, and we will email you a confirmation. If you ever have trouble cancelling, email us at info@forwardwins.com and we will help and honor your cancellation from the date you asked. Because you signed up online, you can always cancel online, in the same place you subscribed.

3. What happens when you cancel

4. Refunds

We do not give refunds for a subscription month that has already started, and we do not prorate partial months, except where a refund is required by law.

We designed the plan to make this fair:

  • your first month is only $1, so trying Full Access is low risk;
  • your renewal date is shown plainly at signup, on every receipt, and in App Settings, so the $12 charge is never a surprise;
  • cancelling is one tap, and you can do it any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge; and
  • we send a receipt after every charge and reminders around your renewal.

If you cancel before your renewal date, you are not charged the next $12. If you cancel after a charge, you keep Full Access until the end of that paid month, and that month is not refunded.

5. Your renewal date, price, and reminders

Full Access is $1.00 for your first month, then $12.00 per month until you cancel. Your renewal date is the day your introductory month converts to the recurring price, and then the same day each month after. We show it to you at signup and in App Settings. We email you a receipt after each charge, and, as our standard practice and where the law requires, we send you a reminder before your introductory month converts and periodic reminders for continuing subscriptions, each stating the price, the renewal date, and how to cancel. If we ever change the price, we will give you advance notice by email before it applies.

6. Free accounts

The free plan does not collect a card and does not bill you, so there is nothing to cancel. You can delete your free account at any time in App Settings. Deleting your account removes your access and starts deletion of your content, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or end Full Access until payment succeeds. If payment is not completed, your account moves to the free plan. You will not lose your account or your content because of a failed payment.

8. Your statutory rights

Some places give buyers cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that a policy cannot take away. For example, consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within a set period, and some US states have their own subscription and auto-renewal protections. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any refund, withdrawal, or cancellation right you have under the law where you live. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the law that applies to you, contact us at info@forwardwins.com and we will honor your legal rights.

9. Questions

We would rather help than lose you to confusion. If anything about billing or cancelling is unclear, email info@forwardwins.com and a real person will help. Onramp Consulting LLC. Email: info@forwardwins.com.
